• 1 Bánovecká cream spread with pieces of smoked cheese 150g
• 250g flat pasta
• 1 onion (middle size)
• English bacon about 150 g (to taste)
• Beef broth
• Fresh oregano
• Black Pepper
• Parsley
• Chilli

1. Cook pasta in the beef broth.
2. Chop bacon into smaller pieces (about 150g or to your taste).
3. Chop onion finely.
4. Fry bacon with onion in a larger hot pan until bacon has a nice crunchy crust and onion is done.
5. Put the cooked pasta in the pan together with cream spread (150g) and pour it with about 1 dcl of broth.
6. Stir until spread melts completely and covers all pasta.
7. Add fresh oregano, black pepper and chopped parsley.
8. Serve sprinkled with dried chilli.
