Bowl #1
- Mix chia seeds with milk and let them swell up for a few minutes.
- Meanwhile, cut fruits to your taste. We recommend the great combination of strawberries and blueberries.
- Fill one half of a bowl with chia seeds and the other with yoghurt.
- Sprinkle with fruits and oat flakes.
For those who have more time we prepared a bowl with caramelised pears, banana and chopped pistachios.
Bowl #2
- Mix chia seeds with milk and let them swell up for a few minutes.
- Pour sugar in a hot pan until caramelized.
- Slice pears thinly and place them in the pan.
- Turn pears around after a few minutes until other side caramelizes.
- Fill one half of a bowl with chia seeds and the other with yoghurt.
- Place prepared pears, sliced banana on the top and sprinkle it with chopped pistachios.
