Quick yoghurt cups

//Quick yoghurt cups (2 portions - according to the size of the cup)

Offer these tasty and quick yoghurt cups to your friends or prepare them for your family as a nutritious and light breakfast.

  • 2 Bánovecký poctivý yoghurts / Bánovecký cream yoghurts – plain
  • Sweetener (honey, birch or cane sugar)
  • Butter biscuits
  • Cashew, pecan nuts, or almonds
  • Linen seeds
  • Chia seeds
  • Fruits
  • Fresh mint

  1. Mix yoghurt with sweetener to taste (we recommend honey).

  2. Layer the cup as follows:

    • yoghurt
    • crushed butter biscuits
    • chopped nuts
    • yoghurt
    • fruits, linen or chia seeds and fresh mint as a garnish
